- and many more physical and emotional symptoms and thoughts
Anxiety attacks aren't harmful or damaging to your mental or physical health, in fact, quite the contrary.
Anxiety attacks happen when adrenalin levels reach a level at which the mind decides to activate internal functions to 'use up' excess adrenalin.
They are harmless but within an anxiety condition such as anxiety disorder, panic disorder, OCD, health anxiety and other disorders of the emotions, they can quickly become overwhelming and fuel the disorder.
In order to prevent anxiety attacks, the core disorder must be directly addressed and eliminated using a psycho-educational approach.
Psycho-education acts directly on the anxiety attack by removing the disorder that activates it. Psycho-education is the only process that acts on the core neurology and scientifically and quickly decativates the entire disorder.
People are often told that they will experience anxiety attacks for life. This is untrue. Once psycho-education is implemented correctly, anxiety attacks will stop.
